Founded by professionals with over 25 years of B2B sales experience with global enterprises — we've experienced the highs and lows firsthand. We are practitioners turned builders who have carried quotas, made cold calls, lost & won deals, served clients, and lived the grind. We have seen what drives performance, purpose, and transformation.

HappSales was born out of personal experience — to reimagine and create a better way.

Navin brings over two-decades of industry experience in sales and account management. Prior to founding HappSales, while working for SAP AG, he was at the forefront of many transformation initiatives while engaging with diverse enterprises. In the past, he was associated with SAS, Avaya, HCL and Domino Printech.

Vijay Kumar

CTO

Vijay comes with more than twenty years of industry experience across software development & project management with organizations like Tech Mahindra, TCS and Sonata. He is passionate about leveraging technology to solve business problems.
