In our experience working with so many clients and having young team members ourselves, we have come to the conclusion that the desire for freedom & happiness tops the list.
Infact it is innate to every person on this earth. Which is why most battles historically were fought in the quest for these universal principles.
And this is no different in the case of your reps as well. While they toil hard out there, they too deserve their freedom & happiness.
And I have a very simple definition for these two words – freedom & happiness.
Doing what you like is freedom
When you have the freedom to do what you want to do, how you want to do, and when you want to do.
Liking what you do is happiness
After all, one can be happy & joyful only when you are really enjoying what you are doing.
This is when teams excel and business happens

So I keep telling business leaders we work with that it is so important to empower their teams with the right tools that will allow them to do their best. And at the same time gives them the freedom to do what they love to do.
I often use the phrase liberate them – empowering and giving them the space to excel.
