HappSales CRM is an easy-to-use and easy-to-deploy CRM software. This simplicity applies to our refund policy also.

Our endeavor is to always deliver world-class software and experience to our clients. We strive at all times to make our clients successful. However, we do have a refund policy in case we fall short of meeting your expectations.

During your first month of using our software if you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may immediately contact us. We assure you that our team will do their best to address your concern immediately or give you a timeline to provide you with an appropriate solution. If you are still not satisfied, we will be happy to offer you a full refund.

Please note that we will not be able to accept a refund request after we have suspended or terminated your access due to a violation of our Terms of Service.
