Introduction

Every minute counts in this fast paced business environment. Efficiently planning client visits is very important to maximize productivity and optimize your travel time. Imagine you have planned a long distance visit to meet a client, then why miss the opportunity to visit the nearby clients also.

Let us say you have a scheduled meeting with a client that requires you to travel 40 kms. You might as well meet other clients in the vicinity and not miss out on those visits. Now how do you easily find these clients and plan your visits to make the best use of your day? 

To solve this challenge, we introduced the Visit Planning feature. It is designed to help field reps identify nearby clients and plan their visits to multiple clients. You can find these nearby clients within a chosen radius of your primary meeting location. 

Steps to follow – 

Step 1: Enter the account name or location you plan to visit

Step 2: Enter the radius, say 10 kms. 

Step 3: Click on the Submit button to see the list of nearby accounts along with its distance 

Step 4: You can scroll down and see the accounts in a map view as well

Step 5: Use the “+” icon to create the meeting activity to be part of your ‘Planned Activities’

With these steps, you can now proactively schedule additional meetings. This way you can make the most of your day to improve your overall efficiency and productivity.
